We are UK based and we happily ship worldwide
Your custom artwork will be generated in minutes. Once you’ve placed your order our team will need 1-3 days to carefully print and package your Pawtrait before shipping it out to you.
UK shipping typically takes 1-2 days (Royal Mail first class) or 2-4 days (Royal Mail 2nd Class).
For Europe and rest of the world, shipping varies and typically takes 7-12 business days.
In the very rare case that your order arrives faulty or damaged, let our team know and we will replace immediately or issue a full refund. Unfortunately due to the nature of our products being custom portraits of your pet, we will not be able to re-sell any returned items, and therefore we cannot accept any refunds or exchanges.

Mistakes happen! Drop our support team a message and we will try our best to edit your order before it leaves our studio. Unfortunately once the order has already been shipped, we have no way of retrieving it back again.
